The original Southern Wholesale Glass was started in the 1960’s by Dan Michael. Dan’s vision was to provide great glass products and world class customer service to retail and commercial glass shops, with a strong commitment to build personal relationships. In 2019, we are still as dedicated as ever to fulfilling Dan’s desires and dreams.
We take great pride in being the South’s only independently owned and operated, full-service distributor and fabricator.
What we Do
Southern Wholesale Glass services a network of glass shops in Alabama, Georgia and Florida.
We specialize in the insulating, fabricating, and tempering of flat glass. We offer stock glass by the case or by the sheet. If you can dream it, chances are we can design, produce, and promptly deliver it to your shop.
Our facility houses state-of-the-art cutting, tempering, and machining equipment to meet the needs of our customers.
The SWG team is built on the cornerstones of quality and service.

We’re happy to announce that we have a new addition to our delivery fleet – a boom truck!
This is going to allow us to offer delivery of cased goods to all of our customers. In addition to stock cases, we will be able to offer job site delivery of custom glass – on racks or in cases.
We continue to look for solutions to all of our customers’ needs and hope that this new truck demonstrates the commitment that we have to our customers.
